Toco Negroni

Nothing quite satisfies your palate like Negroni —the classic Italian drink to open your evening meal! It is a simple and sophisticated aperitif that replaces the bitter flavor of juniper with a hint of vanilla and substitutes Gin with Toco. What’s more; it is exquisitely vermilion, bracingly bittersweet, herbaceous complex—but still refreshing enough to be the perfect addition to your next dinner party. To prepare one up at home, follow the recipe below for the perfect Negroni.

•2 oz of Toco Cachaça
•1 oz. sweet Vermouth

  1. Pour the ingredients into your mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well very cold ice until blended.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist or slice.
