Toco Caipirinha:
The Taste of Brazil

You can't think of South American cocktails and *not* think of the lime-y, refreshing Caipirinha. The classic summer masterpiece is the mainstay in Brazil—and is even the national cocktail. As simple to make as a Jack & Coke, this three-ingredient chef-d'oeuvre caters to the perfect balance of sweet, sour and vegetal flavors. All you’ve to do is muddle the lime quarters along with the sugar, and add the flavor-rich Toco Cachaca— and you’re ready to tickle your taste buds with Brazil’s favorite cocktail.

Ingredients

•2 oz of Toco Cachaça
•½ or 1 lime cut in quarters
•1 teaspoon of sugar

Instructions

  1. Toss the chopped lime into an old-fashioned glass and muddle well with sugar.
  2. Add a few ice cubes and top the drink with Cachaça.
  3. Stir well and enjoy!
